General conditions

  1. Glorydigital reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
  2. The domain names Glorypublisher.com and Glorypublisher.co.uk are owned by company Glorydigital.
  3. By using our platform, you agree to the most recent version of the terms and conditions.
  4. Please contact us at support@glorypublisher.com if you have any questions about these terms.
  5. These terms and conditions are intended for the two types of users of the platform: user 1: “advertiser” aka the buyer and user 2: “publisher” aka the provider of links.

Article 1 – General provisions

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements.
  2. Glorypublisher has the right to change the general conditions.
  3. When using Glorypublisher, it is agreed that the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is agreed to.
  4. Agreements that deviate from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
  5. Reference is made in these terms and conditions to “the platform” herewith app.glorypublisher.com.
  6. If any part of the terms and conditions is void or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
  7. The void or invalid part shall be replaced by a provision that is valid.
  8. The terms and conditions consist of two parts: the “Advertiser Agreement” and the “Publisher Agreement.”
  9. The first part concerns the use of our software on Glorypublisher.com.
  10. The second part concerns the agreement between buyer/advertiser, seller/publisher and Glorydigital.
  11. Both agreements shall be governed by Dutch law and any disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Amsterdam.

Article 3 – Advertiser Agreement.

  1. By using app.glorypublisher.com, you agree to the terms of the Advertiser Agreement.
  2. This applies to both the buyer/advertiser and the seller/publisher.
  3. Glorypublisher reserves the right to change the entire Terms and Conditions, including the Software Agreement.
  4. By using app.glorypublisher.com, you agree to the most recent version of the Advertiser Agreement.

Article 4 – The product

  1. Glorypublisher.com offers an online platform for buying and selling links and/or items. The platform serves as an intermediary that brings supply and demand together. Thus, Glorypublisher is not the direct seller of the products offered on app.glorypublisher.com. Glorypublisher does, however, bring supply and demand together. So in effect, you are buying from the publisher.
  2. Advertisers can purchase services such as posting links or blogs on websites through the app.glorypublisher.com platform.
  3. Publishers can sell links (hyperlinks) and/or web articles/web blogs containing hyperlinks through Glorypublisher’s platform.
  4. The agreement is established between the publisher and the advertiser.
  5. The platform on which this is done is app.glorypublisher.com.
  6. Three types of links can be purchased on the platform: single link, homepage link and a blog placement.

Article 5 – Blog posting

  1. The buyer himself has to deliver the content of the articles/blogs to the publisher. This delivery of the articles/blogs can be done through the platform and may also be done only through the platform.
  2. There are a number of (standard) requirements attached to articles/blogs:
    1. Articles/blogs must be a minimum of 350 words.
    2. Articles may not contain any content specified in Article 9.
    3. Articles may contain a maximum of 2 external and/or internal links.
    4. Items must contain at least 1 image.
    5. The articles/blogs should be informative in nature and be well-written in the language of the website.
    6. The responsibility for the content of the article lies with the buyer and the publisher.
    7. Promotion of services similar to Glorypublisher is not permitted.
  3. If these requirements are not met, the publisher may reject or delete the article. However, this must be done within 7 days. This rejection or removal is done through the platform. In addition, the publisher always has the right to change a placement as long as the scope of the content and the links included remain the same.
  4. The publisher additionally specifies how long the publication time is. The maximum period for this is 7 days. If there is no payment within these 7 days, the amount will be returned to the specified bank account at the end of the month.
  5. Glorypublisher reserves the right to delete the user account or limit functionalities within the account.
  6. The publisher has the right to slightly modify the text provided by the advertiser, however, the thrust of the content and external links including anchor texts must remain the same.
  1. Dofollow links: Every link placed (also called hyperlink or backlink) must be a dofollow link by default, which means that it may not use the attributes “nofollow,” “UGC” (User Generated Content), or “sponsored.” If a link contains any of these special attributes, it must be explicitly stated in the description of the website or page in question or indicated in the checkboxes provided for that purpose. In addition, the buyer can select that he wants this, in this case this is also allowed.
  2. Mention of paid links: Common terms for such designations include “sponsored content,” “paid collaboration,” “advertorial,” “promotion,” “partnership,” and “commercial contribution.” If such terms or designations are used, this should be communicated upfront in the link description. Check boxes can be used for this purpose when adding a website.

Article 7 – Registration

  1. Glorypublisher will make every effort to keep the website available and accessible, but cannot guarantee that app.glorypublisher.com will be error-free or always available.
  2. Glorypublisher is not liable for any damage caused by the malfunction or insecurity of the website.
  3. Glorypublisher is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.
  4. Secure registration is provided for users.
  5. When registering on the platform, all data must be filled in truthfully.

Article 8 – User account

  1. Glorypublisher.com accepts both business and residential users.
  2. You should protect your login and account information from unauthorized use.
  3. You should keep your password secret and use a strong password.
  4. Report misuse of your account immediately and change your password immediately if possible.
  5. Glorydigital reserves the right to permanently delete the account in the event of account abuse or violations of law.

Article 9 – Liability

Glorypublisher cannot be held liable for:

  1. Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of Glorypublisher.com.
  2. Direct or indirect damages resulting from changes in search engine positions.
  3. Glorypublisher reserves the right to take Glorypublisher.com out of service temporarily at any time.
  4. Direct or indirect damages resulting from information on Glorypublisher.com, regardless of the source of that information.
  5. Direct or indirect damages resulting from third party errors or circumstances beyond Glorypublisher.com’s control.
  6. Glorypublisher makes no guarantee that buying links or articles will lead to an increase in search results.

Article 10 – Rules of Use for Glorypublisher.com

When using Glorypublisher.com, you are not permitted to:

  1. To abuse the website and Dutch law.
  2. Promote similar services to Glorypublisher.com.
  3. Spread spam, advertising or self-promotion.
  4. Distribute material of an erotic nature suitable for adults (18+), such as videos, images or other media, except on websites intended for this purpose.
  5. Promote illicit drugs.
  6. Gambling to promote unless agreed upon with the publisher.
  7. Distributing offensive, racist, discriminatory or hateful texts or images. For expressions on publisher websites, Glorydigital will make every effort to remove it and delete the user account.
  8. Disseminate inaccurate or misleading information.
  9. Illegal things to promote or talk about here.
  10. The use of Web-scraping tools is prohibited.

Article 11 – Duration of agreement

On platform Glorypublisher.com, links and blogs can be purchased. Glorypublisher.com has stipulated that articles must be online for at least 3 years and links for the period paid for. However, Glorypublisher.com cannot guarantee this, because this is the agreement between the publisher and the advertiser. If the rules of article of the platform are violated, Glorypublisher.com will mediate in this conflict and look for an appropriate solution. This solution should be determined within 10 working days. If the rules are violated by the publisher, a complaint can be filed at support@glorypublisher.com. If the publisher does not want to cooperate then other outstanding payouts will be stopped.

Because Glorypublisher.com is not a seller, Glorypublisher is not liable for the publisher’s damages.

Article 12 – Prices and payments

  1. Glorypublisher reserves the right to change platform fees at any time. The publisher/publisher is solely responsible for requesting a price. If this price is entered incorrectly it remains the responsibility of the publisher/publisher.
  2. Since Glorypublisher is a business platform, prices will be displayed excluding VAT (VAT 21%).
  3. Because Glorypublisher is a Dutch/European company all payments will be in € (euro). If the payment has to be made in another currency, Glorypublisher will not pay for the extra costs involved.
  4. Glorypublisher charges a fee per link purchased. This commission is variable and subject to change.
  5. Publishers receive the amount paid for this minus the commission paid to the platform.
  6. Publishers receive a credit invoice at the end of the month. Thus, the publisher does not have to send an invoice himself. Glorypublisher aims to pay the money into the publisher’s account within 14 days.
  7. If the publisher has not added an account number under her account, it is not possible for Glorypublisher to pay out. This is considered force majeure.
  8. A publisher/publisher receives the amount excluding the platform commission on the user account. This commission is not communicated on the credit invoice received by the publisher.

Article 13: Publisher account

  1. When a purchase is made on Glorypublisher.com, there is an agreement between a publisher/seller and an advertiser/buyer. Glorypublisher.com itself does not own the websites on which placements are offered. All communication should be through the platform. It is not permitted to share telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or other means of communication through websites offered through app.glorypublisher.com. In case of violation of these communication requirements, Glorypublisher reserves the right to remove a user.
  2. Glorypublisher.com will make every effort to ensure the advertiser’s cooperation goes smoothly. Because the publisher can choose to approve the content, it is stipulated that this must be done within 7 days. If it is not approved within 7 days, the status will automatically go to rejected. The publisher will then not receive the money and the advertiser will be refunded the amount paid (minus possible transaction fees).
  3. The publisher always has the right to refuse a placement. However, this must be done through the platform. This can be done by approving the link and choosing reject.
  4. The publisher has the right not to comply with Article 5 and may still publish a link. This is considered the publisher’s own responsibility.
  5. The publisher makes a notification via support@glorypublisher.com when approached by an advertiser who came through app.glorypublisher.com.
  6. The publisher agrees that when he places a website on app.glorypublisher.com, that people can do single link, homepage link or blog placements for a fee on this website.
  7. The publisher agrees that a blog will remain on the website for an unlimited time.
  8. The publisher agrees that a link placement will remain on the website for the time paid for it.
  9. The publisher also agrees to know what is a single link, home page link and a blog placement.

Article 14 – Agreements via app.glorypublisher.com

  1. The above revised Terms and Conditions apply to the use of app.glorypublisher.com. They replace all previous versions of the general conditions that pertained to the use of Glorypublisher.com. If Glorypublisher.com is used, it is assumed that the user has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
